It's they're game, they have the privilege to do anything they want with it (Unless you bought it and they pick up all your patterns, kill your flowers and buyout everything in nooks D:<) of course, some abuse that privilege and seed and what not, but then, there are the nice hackers, who give away stuff, help other people, ETC.
