Buying Beach/Ocean themed items! [Picture inside!]

Hi everyone! Looking for some items from Audie's house!!

Specifically looking for the wallpaper, palm tree lamp, menu, and Diner sign!! I can offer both NMT and IGB!! Also on the look out for shell themed items as well (I have the table and speaker already though!)

EDIT: I have received the wallpaper, palm tree lamp, diner sign, shell arch, shell lamp, shell seats, shell fountain! Very much on the lookout for the blue chalkboard menu!

EDIT 2: Locked for now as I have received most of what I wanted, will re-open and edit it again as needed in the future~

I have that sign, the flower floor (in 2 colors I think), A ukelele with a flower on it, beach chair, full set of the shell seats in all custom colors, and can make a shell fountain for you if you have giant clamshells.

The wallpaper is a recipe (Tropical Vista) but it needs 5 summer shells that I don't have atm.
I can make the shell fountain, bed, arch, and lamp.

Interested in the sign, DIY and definitely the wallpaper! I can TT forward and farm for some Summer shells, also would like to buy the arch and lamp too! DM me and we can negotiate any additional mats you might need for me to gather on top of the payment ^^.
