What you will find:
Saharah walls: tree-lined wall, office wall(3), sci-fi wall(3), summit wall, classroom wall(3), chainlink fence

Saharah floors: sandlot, sporty floor, lunar surface, basement floor

Streetpass items: bubble wand(2), orange pinwheel, tweeter

Fortune cookie: arwing, green shell,red pikmin

Rules: Come with empty pockets, don't wander off.

Oh sorry, just saw this. It said "something's not working" because someone was leaving my town at the moment. It'll do that if someone is arriving or leaving the town you're trying to get to.
