Batman: Arkham Origins

This and Assassin's Creed 4 come out within a week of each other. It's not fair!

I'm ecstatic Bane is returning in the game, along with the Joker. The only hesitation I have is how ugly Batman is. Otherwise, I'm sure it'll be as brilliant as Asylum and City.

Aside from initial excitement from watching the trailer, I'm surprised to say that I'm not terribly interested in this game. Loved the other games but I'm just not feeling the hype I did with the other games. Maybe some more news and gameplay will swing around to change my mind.

Yeah Batman looks like an old man creep in this trailer.

I loved Arkham City so I may get this.

I actually like Batman's look in the trailer... even though i know it won't reflect his game model. It's supposed to be as Batman's learning the ropes and stuff. Like, pre-arkham games, thus the name. I'm excited to see Slade and Lawton in a Batman game (again for the latter).

It looks pretty good, but how are they going to make it feel like a new game/play better than Arkham City?
Halfway through Arkham City it started to feel repetitive and bland, and that's not what this game needs.

Because of all the no gameplay in the trailer, it doesn't interest me too much. I'd like to be interested in it, but it just seems like without Rocksteady and being given to throwaway Warner Brothers developer that it wouldn't be all that great. Especially with how bad the Armored Edition for Arkham City was.

Yeah, it's not fair that the yearly release of Assassin's Creed is coming out within of week when a possibly mediocre Batman game is being released. Even when Assassin's Creed 3 was a train wreck.

I think having all the gadgets from the get go took away from the fun honestly and a lot of the riddler trophies were a pain to even attempt.

@Obscure: Haven't seen you post something positive yet. I like you.

Are you talking about Arkham City? If so, you don't get all the gadgets straight away.
Plus you don't have to attempt all riddler trophies, they're collectibles.
