Buying Basic Hat and Accessory - Fashion Check

I have gathered everything other than needing a basic hat and accessory for passing this rather *puts on shades* basic fashion test. I am willing to pay a cool 1k IGB to finish my outfit. That said, a Straw Boater and Blue Frames would be something I'd prefer out of the basic family.
