Trading Barbecue bed, campus set, and 100k for pumpkin pie and shaved ice lamp?

I really want to complete my kitchen, and the pumpkin pie and shaved ice lamp would fill the last table.

Also, if I wanted a steamed bun case, how much more would that cost? Of course, this part is not necessary for the trade, but if anyone is interested in another deal with that, please, I'd like to know.

It's tempting, and thank you a lot for the offer, though I hope you don't mind me taking awhile to consider it and waiting for other offers, as the pumpkin pie (or maybe other food DLC that may be placed on a table, except for afternoon tea set and veggie basket) is top priority to me.
