Band Camp!

Yeah, I'm heading of to band camp this sunday as I am in the marching band for my school.

I'm going to be a freshman when school starts and I have heard the hazing (*The simple mans definition* Pulling pranks on newbies) is pretty bad the first monday.

Anyone in marching band give me any pointers to, evade these hazings?

Our band for opening games is "My Girl" and "Get Ready" so its pretty fun. Alot of work though. I play Trombone, and we have really big parts. Theres only 4 of us, so we really, really need to play out.


Also, for this talent thing, me, 2 softmores, and a junior will be playing the Super Mario Brothers Theme, and It might be put on youtube. >

Ok, so actually I'm going into 8th grade and I have no idea what our high school band is playing. And their band camp is over. But I am one of four trombones in my school!

Anyway our theme for this year is "Celebrating Motown" as I live in Michigan.

O: I went to band camp this year! It was awesome! I won the rock, paper scizzors competition! It was really, really fun I liked it a whole lot. I hope you do too! I've tried trombone before but it was hard. Thats why im a woodwind *nods head*. I play Bass Clarinet, and I'm the only one in my band!
