Really? Wow lol, someone gave me about 6 for free. Didn't even know them. I was under the impression they were easy to obtain like fruits, not to mention they replicate on their own ^_^

They replicate on their own once you have one. I had this game for nearly 2 months and I still hadn't gotten one. D:

I received my first bamboo shoot from a villager as a gift, and now I have 30 shoots from that first one. Bamboo is not something to pay a lot of money for. I can donate a basket of 9 if you really want to create a forest overnight.

I have loads planted now. Like I said they just keep coming after you have one. I have around 20 planted and farm up to 18 every 2 days.
