So my towns got some bamboo and I keep digging up the shoots to prevent them from growing, so now I've got tons of bamboo shoots. If you want some, come visit my town and I'll give you a basket for free.

You can plant them and grow bamboo.
Pretty much they work like trees, except they can spread like wildfire if you don't maintain them. They look really cool though.
I'll go ahead and add you in a sec.
