Can't really say for sure. I got him from the campsite a while ago so he's not wearing his original shirt, but I don't think I've ever given him an item so his house should be mostly original. I'll try to check it out.

I'll check his house for bugs and fish, but I'm pretty certain he doesn't have any. And he's a teir 2 which is 100-150 tbt, but I can sell him for like 75?
