When bought, is it only a one-time thing and can't be swapped out for another GIF, or can it be used infinitely? I'm guessing the latter, but I wanted to make sure as I don't think it's specified anywhere?

i can be used infinitely, and switched out whenever

yeah it's not like the user title color change, you can use it as many times as you want as long as it's marked as "active" in your inventory
