Hey I just looked this up because I wasn't sure what your question meant, but now I understand. My Audie has the wooden-block furniture set default. But when a villager moves, they adopt their normal (full) furniture set. According to the FAQ thread.

Is that 200 gold ore? That's a very good bid, in that case. For the sake of standardizing values, I value gold at 3x its sell price (so that's a 6mil bell bid, in my view). Ice or star furniture I value at 500,000 bells apiece, and an aries fragment at 250,000 bells.

That puts the opposing bid at about 3.5 million bells.

I could only offer 1,500,000 Bells, the Pochette and 13 gold nuggets which would only add up to 2,390,000 unfortunately. Don't really have anything else other than a ton of spare DIYs which are pretty useless tbh.
