Bruce the Cranky Deer is in Boxes. Because I tried this earlier and ran a long auction then got ignored by winner even after offering a deal I felt was too low I have a few rules.
The Buyout is 20 million Bells, or a trade for Francine or Maple either will serve as buyout.
Be ready to pick him up.
I have the right to not accept an offer I feel is too low or to choose to give him to one over another if someone is rude.
Now the fun part he is a great Cranky, adorable, original to this town his home is mostly in tact, new shirt but looks good, can be changed.
Starting Bell Bid is 5 million, again buyout is Bells or one of the two trade animals listed. Straight trade.
Can raise in increment of 500,000 to a million, whatever you chose.
He is tier 2 near the top on board so I am not asking anything over the top, but in some cases will deal at my discretion.
Please if uninterested and know who is tell me, let's keep this bumping until we get him a home will run for only an hour to two depending. Bumps are appreciated as threads are not coming up in Bold maybe some can not see title well. I am using IPAD also have disabling genetic disease, I cycle and auction to help others so I would rather you not buy him cheap then resell at markup but can't control that.
