Okay, I am offering up a full sweets set plus a soft-serve lamp and a chocolate cake for auction. The starting bid is 30 tbt and buyout is 60 tbt. I will give this until tomorrow afternoon. If there is not at least three bids I will extend the auction. If there are zero bids by tomorrow night I will shut the auction down.

At the same time if I start it at that amount I'm going to wind up having the auction end at 25 tbt when the time I set runs out because people only like to bid one more tbt than the previous person has. Since 30 tbt is the least I'm willing to accept before closing the auction I therefore have to have that be the starting amount.
