Buyout is 15 mil on high end, Deals can be made had to set a range. That is to say ten the middle bt low and buyout.
Will run until it hit end of day East and Pacific so all have chance to see in their zones.
Will warn an hour before auction closes if a bid acceptable as a proper buyout for Tia is made may take and chose that. Or Will accept Diana, Cherry, or possible others on my list sig shows some excluding wolves and sheep I need so feel free to ask if you have one. I think I have all the deer....a Anyway those would be buyout if accepted for Tia.
Looking for around what she typically goes for, is a sale auction not a giveaway so if you want her speak up I do have others that need moved for space on final dreams in near future.

If I feel the need later will set a change buyout to where I feel is right., but do reserve the right if think it is too low and is the final like one m to say no and wait.

Thanks to Daniel for bumping to help me keep open while I had to take sleep break as a friend but Tia is available high bid has been set at 25-30 I know don't be scared it is just to have one out there and sme want her fast Diana and Poss Cherry will also consider as buyout. but am willing to deal.
Also going until reasonable offer won't void or take for peanuts like one mil and have her resold...joke about peanuts, elephant haha, never mind.

Me and Daniel are friends we pm so there is peace and that was my start bid, he said would bid if no one takes her at what I am seeing as reasonable to me, bt ten and fifteen but if people up it that's fine. or if not at end he will bid. I am just trying to keep it clear and clean for new bidders, I once walked into a Diana auction near end and people were throwing money behind one girl, I got insulted for just bidding and thread was pulled by the host so bidding for friends should be organized with your friends.

Not insisting anything, but if someone wants to buy her by bells or trade and someone else picks up it's ok. ai am just keeping this from being where others can not bid bc some have backers. Am doing some research so can set the right fair sell bid for her in tier two number five or eight, don't want to ask to much money short so when I get a definitive beside villagers this is what I will take as not many bidding anything and five is the high start will let you know what that fair for all price is doing this to build up new town with only 15 thousand and beetle hunting isn't option right now. When I find that will set it as buyout. Changes made will be on the opening page. But feel free all to bid what you want for her right now is at five, as in auctions is up to the people who want to bid what they see fit. From here just bid updates.

I think ten is reasonable at low end, not greedy but from what I've seen around ten to fifteen is norm so once I get around there and people have had bid time can move on to getting others out and in. As this is all part of dream quest for myself personally and new town came with extra Tia needs replaced w a dream norm as do others so that's the goal trade or around ten to fifteen if more bidders max would take from anyone is twenty.

This town is poor like poor poor and not a cycle town a tt accident made it worse, they thought I went missing to months so no perfect town can't afford their pwps really was looking for ten but as no one coming forward may trade. Beatle hunting is just hand hard if could transfer money from my other town could balance it. But asking someone hold half my money sounds dangerous.
