I'm planning on auctioning off my Campus Set (minus the floor and wall). What would be a reasonable buy-out price? I was thinking 20 mil but idk

OP I'd put it at 10m. 20m and there's gonna be a near-impossibility that someone actually bites it. 10m is still unlikely but to an extent realistic in this case since it's a buyout.

Since you can order it I wouldn't do that much. Maybe like 5-10 million if someone really wants it. But seriously it shouldn't even get close to that...
I think 20 mill is far to high as the set is reorderable, 7-11 and sloppy sets don't even sell for that much (in my experience). I'd agree with a buyout price of 10 mill, I'm not sure you'd get that but buyouts are set quite high.
Considering the entire set (floor and wall) goes for 223,344 from the catalog and it's reoderable...I wouldn't really put more than 1 million as a buyout. I can't see anyone buying it for more than 500k though. However that's if you had the full...so even that would be pushing it.

Agree with the last poster.
Someone opens their gates a lot on ACC to catalog it for free.
After I cataloged it I order a set and have it sitting at my gates to be cataloged for free.

No way it goes for that in the catalog. It's under 25k a piece, multiply that by 8 and that's not even 200k. Also what you gave ended in a 4, all of the prices end in a zero...

I would also account for it not being a complete set as the walls and floors may be hardest for some. You could put it up and take offers, and if must put a buyout, maybe state that you are flexible if an offer comes lower you find acceptable. But I think two may be a good choice to start.
