Attracting campers

my friend and i were discussing camper resetting and she voiced a theory that they may appear more frequently if you have more public works projects. while i haven't tested it, i figure it's an interesting theory to know of. has anyone got any other theories about campers?

Campers are random. There are days (randomly chosen per game) that have a higher percentage but there's nothing you can do in-game to increase your chances of getting a camper.

I haven't had a camper is so long it's not even funny anymore. I might try your theory just to see if it helps

It's completely random. I doubt the theory is true.

My campers follow a pattern...I get 3 in one week then don't get any for like 2 weeks - a month, then a get another 3 xD

But it maybe a different day for every town like how grass and fruit varies, the more frequent camper day varies.

for me it's monday i've gotten marshal on monday. just keep trying different days.
