The story this time is that mc bro has disappeared, on the night of Halloween! And where he disappeared isn't very pleasant, so kourage and hope will have to work together as detectives to figure out what happened to him and why. And as you can see from the poster, Kapp'n will make an appearance, and- is that jack, the czar of Halloween?! And there will be another contest of the same name, where you'll be able to team up with others to help kourage and hope get some clues!
