Got two questions.

1. Is there a way to unlock the Dream Suite on emulator? I heard to unlock it you need to talk to Porter and choose to go to a faraway town and then when attempting to go online it will fail since online services shut down, however when I talk to Porter he says I can't go anywhere since I don't have any friends.

2. I am supposed to find four fossils daily but I can't find one of the four and I am pretty confident I have looked literally everywhere for this fossil (behind homes, the roost, trees, etc) Is it possible that the fossil could have spawned under a flower or a tree?

1. You can unlock the Dream Suite even without the online services, you just need to try to connect to Internet afaik. Maybe you're lacking the other requirements? You also need to be mayor for at least a week and I think (I don't 100% recall this) you need to complete your first pwp. You'll eventually find Isabelle taking a nap in the office.

2. They shouldn't spawn somewhere inaccessible, no. Have you checked near the rail fences, behind flowers, behind the message board...?

I have done a couple pwps and ive been mayor for nearly a month atp, I just cant figure out how to attempt to connect to the internet, because of what I previously explained with Porter.

Do you have your wifi on? Are there any friends on your 3DS list from before the services went offline? Can you visit Tortimer Island?

I think you're expecting us to figure out what's wrong but we can only guess. Have you tried searching online for people having the same issue? For example, there's some suggestions here: https://www.belltreeforums.com/threads/please-help-why-is-my-dream-suite-not-unlocking.625654/

Also, is there a specific reason why you can't use the save editor?

I don't have any friends cause I only recented start playing (on emulator btw), I can and have visited Tortimer Island.

Haven't used the save editor cause I would prefer not to mess anything up, but since it seems to my last resort so I think I'll just end up doing that.

Edit: Just used the save editor to get the Dream Suite, way easier than I expected. It also helped me find the last fossil! (it was behind a flower with a tree directly to the right of the flower and the cliff near the left, meaning I literally couldn't find it on any side lmao)
