Art Shop Revival?

Hi! I wanted to know, I haven't been on here very actively until recently again. I had an old art shop, and I have been thinking about reopening it as I have been on here a lot again for ACNH. I wanted to know, my old thread hasn't been deleted or locked. Should I reuse that one, or make a new one? I just know some forums "reviving" threads is a no-no, so wanted to be sure.

I believe you are allowed to unlock or revive that thead as long as you are the owner of it. In addition though, if you would rather make a new thread I believe that is fine too.
