Are there any "Nintendo" Villagers

For lack of a better word, are there any Nintendo-like villagers? For example, Wart Jr. is a reference to Wart/Mamu, from SMB2 and TLoZ:LA. Are there anymore?
Snake doesn't count, I think Konami owns MGS.
