Are there any benefits to building the Reset Center

I had a talk with Resetti because my battery died, and he said that he would only be able to rant at me again if I got the Reset Center built. I don't know about other people, but I hated him and his rants. Because of that, I see no reason to build it. Is there are reason build it other than allowing him to rant at you again?

Ahaha same here! Resetti annoyed me so much in previous games! I'd just sit there for half an hour repeatedly pressing A (or was it B..?), getting absolutely NOWHERE with trying to shut him up and get on with my game!!
Resetti being optional is like some sort of blessing. Lol it's one of my fave New Leaf features!

And seriously, the last thing I'd want is a picture of Resetti!! Probably good HHA bonus though....

People here don't get humor. Mr. Resetti is the funniest character in there entire series. I actually reset on purpose just for him to show up. Plus its fun for him to just appear front of your home telling you stuff about resetting. And if you just want the picture, you can shut him up right away by either saying your batteries died or that you don't remember.

Seriously, you miss out on some amazing scenes inside the Reset Center if you don't get it built. And even after building the thing, Resetti's lectures can be skipped by telling him you don't remember why you reset. (Although his lectures ain't that long and it's worth sitting through them just to watch him blow a gasket.)

Look, are you just trying to validate your own opinion here or something? It's getting pretty clear you have no intention of building the thing regardless of what benefits it has.

You asked if there was any benefit to building the Reset Center. And numerous people are saying they think the scenes are a benefit, and that he's funny - no one's here to argue with you, so why are you trying to argue with them?
