Are not all bamboo recipes seasonal recipes?

So, I recently discovered that only 10 of my bamboo recipes actually appear under the seasonal tab of my DIY recipes: the pan flute, bamboo doll, green-leaf pile, noodle slide, steamer-basket set, bamboo-shoot lamp, bamboo grove wall, light bamboo rug, basket pack, and wand. I've also noticed that I've been getting a lot of repeats of these 10 recipes from balloons, and haven't gotten a new recipe from a balloon in almost a week even though I'm still missing several bamboo recipes. It seems like only the recipes that require young spring bamboo are actually seasonal recipes that you find in balloons. Does this mean that the rest of them can be found year round? I hope that's the case because I'm not getting the rest of the recipes very quickly and I don't want to miss out on them once it's summer!

yes. i'm in the southern hemisphere and haven't encountered young spring bamboo but the other day octavian was crafting a bamboo hat. so bamboo must like me year-round

yep, the normal bamboo is year-round! not sure when young spring bamboo stops dropping, though.
