Are they permanent unless moved out intentionally by the player? Is this the solution to never losing a dreamy? Has anyone been researching this theory?

And if this is so does that mean you cannot put them in boxes and have another player adopt them? Everything is so weird!! I had Tia ready to move to another one of my towns, after the update it was a ten day stretch until she moved and then she NEVER moved! After the ten days, Ankha pinged instead!

It would be annoying if you wanted to change that villager though :(
I feel like they wouldn't be permanent and instead of that they changed the move day to 10 days instead maybe

There's no point to them being perm lol you have the card for a reason. If they ever accidently moved you could just bring them back :P

Idk they did change the move out period to 12 days I think? That makes a lot more sense than them being permanent....

That honestly would suck if they were permanent. If you used up all of your town's slots for amiibo villagers, then you really cannot get another villager again unless you have their respective amiibo or amiibo card.

Unless... the villagers that are programmed to ask to move out are only the ones that aren't amiibo, priority wise. If your town is full of amiibo villagers, will one of them be forced to ask to move out? We'll have to see when the mobile home cards are released.

...that's actually an incredibly stupid statement now that I look back at it. XD But yeah..

My guess is the only way to move them out now would be to request them to do so when another is moving in. But yeah, why the H would you move out your dreamy villager to make room for another one? It's all still so weird!
