Approximately what time should I arrive at Nintendo World for Hyrule Warriors?

Next week I plan on going to Nintendo World for the sake of getting the special edition Hyrule Warriors with the scarf (Seriously Nintendo, this is a horrible move on your part ), but the store opens as early as 8am. I obviously can't be there at that time, but I'm afraid if I arrive there too late, I won't be able to get it. For all I know, it could sell out in 2 hours or earlier. And on top of that there's the possibility of going there with my friend and I have no idea what time they're available if they are at all. Any suggestions? Also does anyone know how much it will cost?

Lol be careful though. Recently a guy was trampled to death when waiting for one of those special limited edition things. (Not trying to scare you but yea it can be dangerous)!!
