Hey everyone! I recently got another acnl cartridge for a town where I won't tt, and I have a question about the approval rating. If you don't get it to 100%, can you not visit other towns and let people visit yours? It's a bit of an inconvenience when the rating is low and you want to get your items and dreamies really soon. Thanks in advance
I think the only requirement is to take your picture for the TPC. I'm pretty sure I traveled to change my hair as soon as Isabelle let me save after planting the town tree.
