You'd have to time travel 2 days forward then. You can then change it back. I am guilty of time travel. :/

you can if you wish. Then apple will move in in about 3-2 days. Sometimes 1.

It would be best to travel to the day after your villager is leaving (so they'll be gone).
Then time travel back to your normal date and go talk to Apple so she'll move in.
