I think she means by original that is everything the same when you first got apple? Did anything change? Such as Furniture, her shirt, her catchphrase.

Ohhh, I see! Um, her shirt has changed to the aqua polka tee, I'm pretty sure her furniture hasn't changed, and I think her catchphrase is Sparkles now.
