Anyone willing to sign a petition?

Apple wants me to collect signatures for the National Karaoke Day petition. c:
I've never done a petition in other towns so I'm not too sure how it works.

You can collect them in mine!

All you have to do is go around the village talking to villagers. They won't sign it the first time you initiate dialogue, but they will if you speak to them a second time. ^^
