Unfortunately, visiting Katrina in towns aside from your own does nothing toward unlocking the fortune house :<

I know it doesn't help me! I have read a few times that if you visit someone else's town to get your fortune read it will count toward YOUR total instead (which is awesome), so I was offering it for other people to bump up their numbers. Thanks for linking me to the thread though.

It does help you, it will count towards your total for everyone that comes
