Anyone know how I can get the Scooter (Mophed Style)

Would really like a Scooter, the Mophed type that Roswell has in his house.

I've completed the 30 home decorations in Happy Home Paradise. Do I need to do more to unlock the item?

Does anyone have one I can buy or catalog. I really love the look of that thing.

It's a regular item that shows up at Nooks.

I have one you can have but you'll need to get Cyrus to customize it for you if you want it to be the same color as the one Roswell has.
