Buying Anyone have a "cute top"

So. I'm not the best at this. And I've been playing a little heavily these last few days. I've been ill; confined to quarters, kind of thing. Anyhow, Katrina is hinting that I need a "cute top" as a lucky charm, in order for the police station to happen-to be requested. Anyone have one I can buy/have? I can't find one in my town anywhere, and I've been aching to see copper again.
