Anyone had Problems with Starcraft Problems?

I don't know if anyone here plays Starcraft, I do a little but not much. But my boyfriend plays it obsessively. Today when he went to log into his account he got told that he had been permanently banned for hacking, when he had done nothing of the sort. Then when he requested to know why, he basically got told that they wouldn't tell him anything but many people had checked and the enquiry was now closed and he would be ignored from now on. I'm now trying to contact Blizzard about this issue, but I'm wondering if anyone had been faced with anything similar?

Contact them via phone. Get connected to the right department and have him explain things. Tell him to keep calm, just explain things and ask them to unban.

I've been banned before (on WoW, not Starcraft) because someone hacked my account and used it to spam goldseller ads, and I contacted them via phone, got it sorted in less than 15 minutes. I hope your boyfriend has the same success

You sure he wasn't running any sort of 3rd party tool attached to the game that modifies its memory?

I myself play Starcraft as well. Blizzard usually has good customer service. You really just need to call them up and they'll put you through.
