Anyone else think Korean and Japan gets most of the rare dlc

Anyone else think that jp and Korean have most rare dlc?

To us their DLC is rare but to them what we get is rare so no

Like Chessa said, it isn't really rare. They live in another country to us and different dlcs came out when the game wasn't out for us.
So what is rare to us, is normal to them and what's normal to us, is rare to them.
