2 minutes to install the software.

You'd have to have some way to recognize the Bluetooth hardware... not all computers have that, I think, so some people need to do more than install the software... which I think is what Storm meant by "an entire process".

get bluetooth, and the darewiinmote for the windows, (or whatever it's called)
