Any other Badge completionists out there? How's it coming along?

I don't know what it is about badges, but there's just some sort of weird appeal to them and something oh so satisfying about receiving them. I usually don't even care about "achievements" in other video games but whenever I see Phineas in my village I just get this childlike sense of wonder

There's just something strangely addicting about going for them, a sense of completion in a game with no completion! Anyone else like me in regards to the Badge System?

I find it fun to try and achieve badges because if I loose interest in the game I can always count on the badges to spark a interest.

I have all gold except on streetpass. I only have the bronze. It took me forever to get that. I finally decided to just live with it, but it bugs me. I wanted all gold. I live in a small town and I can't get out much.I wish the streetpass wasn't so hard.

Since the purchase of my 3DS back in 2012 I have yet to get a single streetpass. There are also no Nintendo Zones in my city..

Yep! I have a picture of all of my badges in my signature. Since then I've gotten the gold HHA & the silver letter-writing badges, though.

I've recently started making the effort to get more badges. In the past week or so I've gotten the gold Dream Suite badge, gold KK Slider, gold fishing encyclopedia, bronze traveler, and gold balloon badge. I may have gotten more, but I don't remember now.

The streetpass is still sitting at bronze, even though I've gotten more than 600 streetpasses on my system. I don't know if that will ever reach gold. Fishing maniac is going to take a long time, too, as well as the gold island medals badge.

Not too worried about traveling and hosting badges, though. I do enough trading and visiting that they'll come eventually.

Picked up animal crossing again this week after a while and I would like to complete my badges. This week I was able to get all golds for my bug/fish/diving stuff as well as a new visitor badge but I would like to work on my gold hostess badge, dream diary and planting gold badges now.

Today I got my beginner's spotpass badge! It's kind of cheating cause I live with my boyfriend so we pass daily, but there is some mystery person who passes my house frequently too..

I've been working really hard on the cataloging one.

I'm a badge collector. Here's a list of all of the badges that I've received so far.

I know that I'm going to struggle to get the Streetpass badge, because I get a lot of streetpasses, but very few play ACNL.

Most of the people I streetpass play Pokemon, or Bravely Default.

It sucks!

I agree with you, I love collecting badges and getting a real sense of satisfaction when I get a new one. I don't have many but a few of them include the gardening badge, hha badge and underwater creature encyclopedia badge. I'm working on getting some new ones but I haven't really wanted to play on for long to collect fish/bugs/underwater creatures.

I love going for them but I think the hardest one is streetpass because of the ridiculous number.
