This website says that Grizzly is still in. But then again, the wiki probably isn't the best source.

Anyways, I think all the villagers I really like made the cut, except for Carrie the kangaroo and Boots the alligator.

Ohh man, Boots! I forgot about him! He was one of the first group of villagers in my very first Population Growing town! He stayed there for years up until the time I deleted my save file.

The one character I've always wanted is Bob (i know hes still in the game) I only had him once but I've always wanted him since. I hope I get him in the new game >.<
