I got Senra Kagura Burst from the eshop and I'd never heard of it or played the other games. It's so fun. I love beat-em-ups. If you can get past the fanservice and T&A, it's fun to play. I don't regret buying it.

This got me thinking about other games I haven't tried. there are a lot of bestellers that are often recommended (SSB, fantasy life, LoZ, bravely default, FF, etc)
Do you have any lesser known games that you were pleasantly surprised by?

Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (and its predecessor Nine Persons, Nine Doors, Nine Hours).

A must play if you love the psychological horror type genre. A lot of good puzzles and a gripping story. Too bad it didn't do so well in Japan, to the point that there may not ever be another installment, despite the fact that the last game ends on a gigantic cliffhanger and the creator intended to keep going with the story. >_<
