Cycling Another Cycling Thread

Another cycling thread! Yay :c So anyway, with school and whatnot I feel like I'm too slow of a cycler to join any groups so here I am~ If you want to cycle with me let me know XD

Rules:
1. Most villagers will be cycled for free.
2. Popular villagers will be determined by a raffle/contest/auction. Determined by this list:

4. As usual, when coming to my town to pick up a villager please don't take anything - just follow me to the villager's house.
5. For specific villagers, I may require dreamie proof for personal reasons.
6. Don't sell or trade off a villager you get for free. If they're leaving, give them away for free.
7. Don't claim a villager if you have no space.
8. I have the right to hold or reserve villagers. I have an autovoid list, which basically just means I'll give the villager ~5 mins before they go to the void (you may request to take villagers off the list):

9. Lurkers get priority if more than one person asks for a villager ~
