Splatoon Annoying news updates!?

Does anybody else find the 'news' thing with the two squid girls really annoying? It happens all the time in my game and you cant skip through it!

One of my favorite parts of the entire game is when they wrap it up by saying

STAY FRESH!!!

I really don't mind it at all. I don't even mash A. Although it gets repetitive I do find their dialogue pretty funny and they do occasionally say something new.
