I got Ankha. I've seen her be like everyone's dreamie, and she just moved in to my town. I'm not trying to brag, but what's the big deal about her?

I think its just the theme of her, mummys and egypt and such. I personally didnt like her cuz she was rude to Tangy :<

If I am to have a snooty cat, it will have to be Olivia.
Anyway, Ankha's pretty cool. I like her look, and she's unique to other cats because she has that piece on her forehead. Not my favorite snooty, but she's still really cool.

Ankha's okay, if I every got her, she'd be bartered off after I got her pic, but she's definitely not the worst cat imo (that would be Stinky).

I have her and love her, but she's only my dreamie because I happened to get her and thought she was cute. The hype about her, or any villager really, I'm not sure.

I love Olivia as well!
My friend got Ankha, she's not her dreamie and the only popular villager my friend likes is Marshal. My friend will probably TT her out (she time travels an awful lot)

Her eyes are hideous.
I've been really into Egyptian culture for over 40 years and want to eventually get an Egyptian-themed town. Ankha would fit beautifully. I like her look, her house, and from what I've gotten to know, her personality. I want her "queenlike" presence in my town! Well, I will be the actual Queen...but I'll let her think she is. 
It all comes down to personal preference. I see dreamies that I just don't get, either. I gave away Julian because he was somebody's dreamie and I see he is high up there. I liked him enough but didn't see why his appeal is so strong.
I guess it's the old saying - there's no accounting for taste.
Not to sound like that is BAD. It's just personal.
For me Ankha is personal in several ways, like I mentioned above. I am so happy I finally got her thanks to somebody's SUPER kind generosity! Woo hoo!

I like her style. She's unique looking, and so is her house. She was a bit rude when she first moved in, but she's coming around.

I had her shortly before I reset. I liked her, but I really prefer houses that look like houses. I'd have gotten used to it, but it was weird. Then again, in my current new town, I have a guy who lives in a bathroom (the hideous Harry). I do like Clay's weird tribal house.

In my eyes she resembles Cleopatra, which according to Asterix and Obelix was pretty snooty as well... I personally really like her because I like Egyptian history and mythology.
I see why she's so popular, her design is creative. Also there's this thing called an opinion :3
I definitely wouldn't have her as a dreamie though... I think she's obsessed with the sky, because that's all she seems to look at.
