Selling Ankha - Quick, please! (Also trade for Erik/Rosie/Lolly)

So, I decided to come back to ACNL after not playing for a while. I made a new save and noticed Ankha was gone. Unfortunately, when I travelled to the last date when I played, she was in boxes.

I know a lot of people love her, so I am keeping my 3DS on that date for a bit today.

I am not entirely sure how much I'd like for her, but judging from the usual prices of Tier 1, I'd say no less than 3m. (Ideal would be about 10m+ looking at previous sales.) Please offer, I guess?

Alternatively, I am also interested in trading her for Rosie, Lolly or Erik.

I do not remember how original she is, however I am pretty sure she had most of her original furniture intact. Her clothes are different, but nothing hideous.
