I do occasionally, but cookie is moving out today so her plot will be free by tomorrow. i wont be tting bc someone claimed her and im scared of issues coming up

There shouldn't be any issues if you TT the house out as far as I can tell as I do it every time and have yet to have any issues, although I can understand your concerns and where you stand

as i said before, i'm still not 100% certain i can get her (i'm currently in a Zucker auction so if that doesnt go through i'll grab her tmrw! if i manage to win then we see.)
