No starting bid, no minimum bids early on, and no buyouts.

Only one rule: The final winning bid has to be over by 500k.
(I'm only making this rule to keep people from screwing others with lowball increases at the end.)

If the winner is unable to pay, I will PM the next highest bidder to extend the offer to them.
