Hmm.. so i bought an avatar width extension and the animated one from the shop but it doesn't seem to be working? is there something i'm supposed to do? It's 'active' on my inventory.... I would greatly appreciate the help

pre sure you need to resize the gif to the size or your avatar (100x100) before uploading it.
Upload it when it's 100x100 and it will work
tbh there should probably be a note or something under the gif avatar when you buy it coz this Q comes up a lot.

yeahhh you definitely should put that as a note... considering it is really expensive to buy as well.
