Amazing Painting for museum

I have been playing for years. Now I have 3 different villages going and the real painting has never shown up at Reds. Anyone have an idea how to get it?

It's not different than getting any other piece, you're just being unlucky. I know it took forever to complete my own collection with the last piece, that seemed to appear in everyone's town except mine!
