Hi there! Rosie from my cycle town is in boxes and I decided to do a giveaway because I know not everyone has millions of bells to spend on their dreameis. She is 100% original 
I would hope that only people who have Rosie as a dreamie will enter :3 It would make me really sad if someone who just wanted to sell her entered this... Anyhow! There are only 3 rules for entering:
1.) You have to actually want to keep Rosie in your town.
2.) Have an account at least 1 week old (preferably with all positive feedback...)
3.) DO NOT SELL HER IF YOU WIN. SERIOUSLY GUYS. SERIOUSLY. I want her to go to someone who actually wants her -_- Don't ruin this for people.
Ok sweet, so thats all. To enter, just say you want to enter...and, I mean...if you want, say why Rosie would fit well in your town This is not required...but I dunno.
If I forgot something I'll add it later..
OH. I guess this important, this is going to be relatively quick, it will end at 8:30 Pacific time (around 2 1/2 hours from now) I guess I'll be using a random number generator and stuff.
