MoriDB says they're re-orderable, thats that. I haven't seen anything concrete saying that they aren't re-orderable either.

Pumpkin Pie isn't reordable. I dont see why the Afternoon Tea Set shouldn't be as well.

Afternoon tea set is not orderable. I got mine at 2 am, 6 hours ago. It's just the same as the Pumpkin Pie was, unorderable.

Thanks Aquadirt. Yes, can't re-order it. Though you can get it in EU September 1st. I'm just letting people have a jump on it if they can't wait to get their tea fixin', unable to make their own Nintendo wifi hotspot and or feel like visiting a Nintendo wifi hotspot. Thanks for the free bumps I guess XD

Oh and for more clarity MoriDB is a fantastic database for images but not really that reliable for DLC information as it's not kept up to date etc.
