5lb before October?

Lol don't use weightloss pills just drink a lot more water.

Wightloss pills are super unhealthy.

Edit: My eyes glazed over the 5 stone part.

Drink more water. (0 calories, but burns some to process)
Eat less. Eat more frequently. (Less calories in + Keeps your metabolism active)
Run for 10-20 minutes every day.

They are supposed to work, yeah, but you will condition your body to them. When you stop using them you would most likely rebound and could gain even more weight than you originally had. Same with low carb diets.

On my teen years (not that long ago really, im 21) i was really really reaaaaaaally fat. I dont have a picture but trust me xD. If ive learned anything by experience and by my classes is that teens can lose weight quite easily. Just a healthy diet and an hour or 2 of walking/running depending on your physical condition will do the trick. I lost around 5 kgs on my first week of diet, and went steady from 2 to 3 kgs the next weeks until i stopped doing it. I cant say im thin now but still i lost a lot of weight. Just dont give up! n.n

Nothing beats a good old fashioned diet-and-exercise, sorry. There's no quick or easy fix to weight loss. Start working out (minimum) 30 mins a day and eat more lean protein and vegetables and you'll see results. If you want it bad enough you'll put the necessary work in, that's the bottom line.

Also drink more water like mentioned above, NEVER drink soda/fruit juices/fancy lattes/energy drinks/etc.

Just exercise and have lots of small meals during the day to reduce cravings, keeping note of how much you're really eating.

Also, please don't become anorexic or anything. A bit of fat is always healthy.

No, don't use weight loss pills.

Like Kayleee said: Diet and Exercise.

Hell, even just changing your diet can do a lot.

Try cutting out soda. Or stop eating garbage fast foods. Really, you need to do both.

Maybe even go another step further and try cutting carbs.

Also, track how many calories you're eating a day. I know sites like Weight Watchers might seem kinda lame, but they really do help if you use them correctly.

that's a lot of weight to lose if i'm understanding 'stone' correctly, you ought to get a physical check-up first. then, with doctor approval, exercise and diet. you don't even have to run or jog, you can start out with brisk/sustained walking, which is easier on the joints, try to walk 2 to 3 miles at a good pace or build up to that if need be (or, swimming, or cycling). diet: like others said, cut out the empty calories like soda, sweets, chips and other junkfood snacks. drink water, it helps suppress appetite and is good for the metabolism. i wouldnt take the pills, most of those are glorified caffeine pills. and imo, low carb diets are a bit extreme. just eat a healthy balanced diet with plenty of veggies and fruits. october is a long way away, so you have plenty of time to slowly change your metabolism the right way, through new habits.

Drink lots of water and just watch what you're eating! Even if you don't run right away start walking then work your way to a brisk walk then run when you feel ready. Don't push yourself super hard right away either. You also want to make sure you stretch! Before and after always, your muscles (and you) will appreciate it. Cut out any soft drinks and juices and drink strictly water, you can infuse the water if it gets boring for you with mint, lime and lemon, or just strawberries and lemon (these two are my favs). It's important to watch your portion sizes and make sure you're not stuffed after every meal. Hope this helps and lose the weight safely! Diet pills aren't proven to work and why spend the money on them when you have all the tools you need already?
Good luck, you can do this! c:

be consistent with drinking water and exercise daily. cut out processed/unhealthy food (chips, soda, candy, etc). if you must, eat them in moderation. there are lots of delicious, healthy smoothie recipes to go along with. instead if using pancake batter, mixed a smashed up banana and two eggs

i lost nearly 100lbs with diet and exercise. unfortunately there's no "quick fix" for weight loss, follow what others have said about cutting back and exercising daily for about 30-45 mins. cardio would probably be the best place to start but as you lose weight you want to tone up as well so strength training will be important.

also my weight actually fluctuated badly when i tried to use diet pills. so yeah.. don't.

unless you are suuuuuuuuper heavy now you're not going to be able to lose that amount of weight healthily before october and it's so so important you do this healthily!

weight loss pills are an awful idea, please don't use them they're bad for your health
