Pokémon Advice for Contests?

I'm currently trying to win all the contests in AS so I can get the Mega Stone for my Lucario. I want to do it before I do anything in the Battle Resort.

I was wondering, what kind of moves/combos are really great for contests? I'm using the Cosplay Pikachu but I'm not too sure what moves to teach it.

I've gotten past the Master Rank in the coolness category so far, but that's about it.

Any advice?

Try the master them in the order you have a suitable moveset for them. Always put on the cosplay Pikachu outfit on for that category.

I usually just try to get as much moves for that category as I can onto my pokemon (I only use Cosplay Pikachu in contests and not fighting and I use TM's so I can adapt easily) and I usually have one move from a similar category just to fall back on.

As for specific moves I have no idea but those are just a few general tips I guess.

Yeah I started with Coolness since it came with all Cool moves available, but now that I'm on to Beauty I feel like the moves I have aren't good enough. Can't seem to find any that work better when I move first, which I usually like to have.

And, use a Diancie instead of that dinky ol Peek. Diancie Mega Evolves, which really gives you an advantage over that crafty Siren Lisia's Altaria!
